Green apples, a hint of beeswax, lime citrus, mineral water.  All the things you want to taste:  Chamomile and lemon/lime citrus along with crunchy crispy Granny Smith apple slice-like acidity make this a relatively tasty wine. Not a powerhouse in any one area but the trademark Watervale characteristics are all there.
